 FAQ

  • Our professional video production costs can start from $1500 onwards. As video production is a highly scalable service, part of our process is determining where you’ll get the most value when it comes to your video efforts, and working the numbers accordingly to ensure you get the most bang for your budget. We can send you our popular packages or customise a quote for you no matter the size of your project.

  • Shoot day looks a little different project-to-project and it depends on the type and scale of your production. However, the procedure remains the same across all shoots. We will arrive to meet you, have a quick look around to pick out the best space/spaces for filming, then set up the required lighting, sound equipment and cameras and be ready to roll!

  • We approach this on a case-by-case basis and prioritise projects with hard deadlines. Apart from video projects such as documentaries and weddings (these take more time to edit and will therefore have a longer wait time), you can expect to receive the first draft around four weeks. Upon receiving the first draft, you will have two rounds of revisions if you feel that the video requires it. After any changes are made, you will then receive the final product within a few days. If you require a fast-turnaround such as needing your final product delivered within a few days of the shoot, a rush editing charge will be applied.

  • When a background music track is required we can source a suitable track from a royalty-free music library and provide a license for usage in the finished video. Fees apply when purchasing a license from music libraries. Please note that due to copyright laws we can not use commercial songs under any circumstances.

  • Yes we can! We have travelled internationally for film work in countries such as Kenya, Korea, Tibet and more. We’ve also had the opportunity to travel domestically for work in locations such as the Northern Territory. Let us know what location you would like us to film at and we’ll put together a travel quotation package containing travel expenses which are to be covered.

  • We issue an invoice for a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total project fee in order to secure your shoot date. The invoice must be paid one month prior to production. A date is not considered confirmed unless a deposit has been made. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the final project.
